Blending Stumps

Stumps: Excellent for blending and smoothing pastels, charcoal, graphite or any other dry media. Double-ended, pointed and made from soft, gray paper felt these stumps are easily sharpened with a sandpaper block. Available in packages of two per size, except for the 6-Piece Set which contains one each of six sizes (1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 7/16").

Tortillons: More abrasive than stumps, tortillons are excellent for rapid, thin blending on pencil, charcoal or pastel drawings. Comprised of rolled paper, these single-ended, spiral-wound tools are easily sharpened with a sandpaper block. The assorted set includes two each of 3/16", 1/4" and 5/16" tortillons.
