Local Pickup and Shipping
NOTE: Covid-19 Pickup and Shipping Changes:
In the interest of limiting exposure for our employees, customers, and community we are limiting curbside pickup and our shipping dates.
All orders will be shipped and available for pickup during our stated store hours. This may also result in slower ship times, however any pickup order placed the day before will be available curbside day. If you cannot pickup during these times, please respond to the order email verification and we will arrange a solution.
This may change as the situation changes. We thank you for your support during these difficult times.
We are working on opening safely in stages and hope to return to public hours. Thank you for being patient and understanding.
Local pickup policies.
We will contact you via email when your order is available for pickup. Typically this is within 24 hours after placing an order, but exceptions may occur when the store is closed or products are out-of-stock. If an item is not available, we will make all good faith efforts to contact you to find a replacement or refund the item.
Please make sure your contact information is correctly filled out when placing an order.
Local orders must be picked up within one week of purchase or a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the order.
Domestic ground will be sent UPS, USPS or FedEx Ground depending on your location and package size. Next Day, Second Day and other service options are also available for additional costs.
We are currently not shipping outside of the United States.
Shipping charges are based on weight and package size, the method we feel is most fair to our customers. Our minimum shipping weight is 1 pound. Handling and insurance fees apply to all orders.
On occasion, a product from our catalog or normal inventory will not be available to fill an order. We will contact you before backordering any item. Backordered items will be shipped as quickly as possible. Since shipping charges are based on the initial order's subtotal, no additional charges will be added for the shipping of backorders.
Shortages and Damages:
Packing list discrepancies or product damages should be reported immediately. Damage to the outside packaging should be reported to the delivering carrier at the time of the delivery. If you were not present at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately and we will assist you. Interior damage, defective products or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
