Local Pickup and Shipping

Local pickup policies.

We will contact you via email or phone when your order is available for pickup. Typically this is within 24 hours after placing an order, but exceptions may occur when the store is closed or products are out-of-stock. If an item is not available, we will make all good faith efforts to contact you to find a replacement or refund the item. Please make sure your contact information is correctly filled out when placing an order.

Local orders must be picked up within one week of purchase or a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the order.

NOTE: Local pickup is only available to shipping addresses in Michigan. If you are not seeing the option for local pickup in your cart, change your address to your local Michigan address and continue to shipping options.

Shipping policies.

Orders over $200 will be shipped free via Ground anywhere in the contiguous United States. This offer applies to all products that measure less than 22 x 32 inches.

Domestic ground will be sent UPS, USPS or FedEx Ground depending on your location and package size. Next Day, Second Day and other service options are also available.  Shipments outside the US are easily arranged to most international destinations.

Shipping charges are based on weight and package size, the method we feel is most fair to our customers. Our minimum shipping weight is 1 pound. Handling and insurance fees apply to all orders.


On occasion, a product from our catalog or normal inventory will not be available to fill an order. Backordered items will be shipped as quickly as possible. Since shipping charges are based on the initial order's subtotal, no additional charges will be added for the shipping of backorders.

Shortages and Damages:

Packing list discrepancies or product damages should be reported immediately. Damage to the outside packaging should be reported to the delivering carrier at the time of the delivery. If you were not present at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately and we will assist you. Interior damage, defective products or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
