Returns and Refunds
All product returns require:
- The item(s) to be in their original packaging, unopened and in unused condition.
- The purchase date cannot be older than 30 days.
- The original receipt, digital or physical.
Class Kit Returns:
Class kits must include all contents in original unused packaging. If an item was used from the kit, the kit can only be returned for store credit and customer will be charged full price to replace any items used or opened from the kit (customer retains the item). We will verify kit contents during returns.
Online purchase returns:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance are the customer's responsibility.
Please contact us for authorization before shipping any returns back.
Once the package is given to the shipping agent, any disputes regarding shipping are the responsibility of the shipping agent. Missing packages are the responsibility of the shipping agent and customer to resolve. Tracking and insurance are provided with every purchase. Contact the shipping agent directly with the tracking information provided for any disputes. If your order arrived with any product missing or damaged, please contact us immediately.
All prices, specifications and product/service offerings are subject to change, correction and cancellation without notice. All items are subject to availability from our suppliers.
Shipments of online orders refused by a customer will be credited less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
NOTE: Refunds can take up to 10 business days to return to accounts depending on your bank service.
