Classes and Workshop Policies

Our mission is to provide a safe and enjoyable classroom environment for students and teachers. In order to do so, we have put in place the following conditions to be adhered to by registrants. By registering for classes or workshops with Odd Nodd Art Supply, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Class & Workshop Cancellation Policy:

• How to Cancel: Please email us at oddnoddart@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
• Standard Refunds: Cancellations made at least one week prior to the class date are eligible for a refund, minus a $20 processing fee.
• Late Cancellations: We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the class. However, you are welcome to gift your spot to a friend at no extra cost 
• Health & Wellness: To keep our community safe, please stay home if you are experiencing symptoms of a transmissible illness (fever, persistent coughing, etc.). Contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend for health reasons.
• Cancellations by Odd Nodd: If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, you may choose between a full refund or a class credit. If an instructor cancels due to an emergency or inclement weather, we will schedule a makeup date and transfer your fees. If a makeup date isn't possible, you will receive a full refund.

The Fine Print (Safety & Liability) We’re excited to have you! By signing up, you’re agreeing to these house rules:

• A Space for Everyone: We pride ourselves on being an inclusive space for artists of all kinds and skill levels. We will not tolerate any discriminatory behaviors towards participants or staff based on gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race or ethnicity, neurotype, disability, religious affiliation or lack thereof. Any such behavior will result in you being asked to leave the class without refund.
• Safety First: Art can be messy and sometimes involves sharp or specialized tools. You agree to use them responsibly; Odd Nodd isn't responsible for injuries resulting from improper use or accidents. Failure to follow instructions that may endanger yourself or others will result in you being asked to leave the class without refund. 
• Accepting Risk: You understand that participating in creative workshops carries some inherent risk and you accept that risk by joining us.
• Liability: You agree to release Odd Nodd Art Supply and our team from any liability or claims related to your participation in our classes.
