Classes and Workshops

Meanwhile, these are some great local resources for classes that we highly recommend investigating:

Reach Art Studios: A variety of classes offered from mixed media, painting, clay and life drawing. Check their website for latest classes.

Print Club! of Lansing: LGBTQ+ affirming printmaking group. Print Club features demonstrations and working time to explore intaglio, relief, lithography, collagraph, monoprint, and screen printing techniques.

Lansing Art Gallery: Workshops offered include watercolor painting, sculpture, and printmaking. Check their website for the latest offerings.

Wheel House Studio: Learn wheel throwing with some of the coolest cats in Lansing!

ALT Printing Co.: Learn how to screen print! Throw a print party and invite your friends because screen printing is awesome!

Sunset Clay Studios: A fully equipped ceramics studio that focuses on teaching fine art hand building techniques. They offer memberships, workshops, birthday parties, and private clay events. 

Cedar Street Art Collective: Life drawing sessions and more. Check the website for current offerings.

Greater Lansing Potters' GuildThe Potters’ Guild offers classes at its Haslett studio four times a year.  Adult students, both beginning and experienced, work with excellent instructors to develop wheel throwing and glazing skills.
